pre-selection
On each day, 10 duo’s will have to compete against each other in Metro's Chef’s academy in Antwerp. To give it an extra touch, bonus points will be handed out to the duos who are making use of the 3 secret ingredients given on that day by Glen & Patrick. In 35 minutes, the duo's will have to make the perfect cocktail & dessert pairing.
21/03
semi finals
This year, we are planning to challenge our participants just a little bit more. Why? Because we are taking edition 3 to a whole different level! The semi finals will take place in Gare Maritime - Tour & Taxis where the chosen duo’s will create a cocktail - finger food pairing and present it to a jury.

the big final
The last 3 duo’s will compete against each other in the big final. More info will follow soon.

Chefs & Shakers
Chefs and Shakers in collaboration with Don Papa Rum is an annual unique concept in which duo’s are challenged to put out all the stops and make the perfect food and cocktail pairing. A hybrid concept seamlessly integrates the equally wicked worlds and mixology.
Every year, Patrick Aubrion & Glen Ramaekers are looking for chefs and shakers to participate in this contest. The winner of the big final wins a trip to the Philippines to showcase their food and cocktail pairing in the best restaurants and cocktail bars in Manila, Philippines.
